ELMHUB is a private practice offering comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment for a wide range of communication, swallowing, mental health, cognitive and sensory differences or difficulties.

Kimberly Samuel is a registered Music Therapist. She works under SLP supervision in order to target communication and/or psychotherapy goals in children and adults in groups.

We currently offer a occupational therapy consultations and therapy delivered by OT assistants with limited availability. We are actively seeking a full-time OT to join our team in order to offer ongoing services.

$160 per session with SLP or OT (or per hour during assessment)
$110 per hour or session with an assistant under SLP or OT’s supervision or in group therapy
$100 per page of assessment or progress report
Additional fee for travel outside of Sudbury
